We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Each product is handmade and may have small imperfections. We do not accept any returns and do not offer refunds. We are not responsible for anything that may happen while the product is in transit to its location if being shipped. If the item is the wrong item or not what was ordered, please reach out to us as we would love to be able to correct the mistake.
